Male Genitalia(penis)

Male Genitalia** **Size of the Male Genitalia:**

Size of the Male Genitalia:

penis, I have rarely come across people who are satisfied with the size of their private parts penis! It is true that imagination and reality are not the same. Women today often have multiple relationships before marriage and end up disappointed with their husband’s penis after marriage. Pornographic films, friends, and sensational stories from relatives are often blamed for this disappointment.

Among Bengalis, the majority have a medium-sized penis. Very few have a large size. This leads to frustration when comparing themselves with others. Many believe that tall men have larger genitalia, but this is a misconception. It’s worth mentioning that just as men vary in height, their genital size and thickness also vary.

In our country, the average penis is considered to be between 5.3 to 5.8 feet. Similarly, the size of an erect penis is typically between 3 to 6 inches. Most men have a penis size of around 4+ inches, fewer have 5+ inches, and some even have 6+ inches, though their numbers are very few. If someone’s penis size is between 3 to 6 inches, it is considered normal. Those who remain dissatisfied despite this are actually suffering from psychological issues!

The question now is, are those with larger genitalia happier in their marital life?

The simple answer is—not everyone is happy. The idea that a larger penis will provide more sexual pleasure is a misconception. Sexual satisfaction primarily depends on how well one engages in intercourse, rather than the size of the genitalia.

© How many types can the penis be divided into?

The size of the penis is typically of two types. The details are given below—

1) Grower:

This is the type of penis that is very small when flaccid but increases in size by 7 to 8 times when erect. In its flaccid state, it can be around half an inch to 1 inch.

If there is proper blood circulation and sufficient testosterone in the body, the penis remains healthy. A 3-inch penis is sufficient to provide sexual pleasure to a woman. So, those who have felt disappointed by thinking their penis is too small can now let go of that frustration.

2) Shower:

This is the type of penis that isn’t very small when flaccid, nor does it grow much larger when erect. It usually stays around the same size most of the time, so it always appears large.

Just as the size of a man’s penis varies, so does the depth of a woman’s vaginal canal. If the penis is smaller in size, experimenting with different sexual positions can make it easier for a woman to achieve orgasm and experience sexual pleasure.

Does having a small penis mean it’s the end?

One type of problem is often heard: “The penis is too small! How can it be made larger?” According to sexologist Sigmund Freud, “This is primarily a matter of relativity. When one compares themselves to another, they sink into feelings of inferiority.”

Men tend to be more critical of themselves than their wives are. Although there can occasionally be a problem, it is very rare. There are many ways to resolve such issues. Many women prefer their husband’s love, care, attention, and the time he invests in her.

The Kinsey Institute, in one of its articles on sex, reproduction, and gender, mentions that “Many women experience discomfort due to a long penis, though they often don’t express this. A long penis is not necessary for orgasm.”

A penis that is 3 to 6 inches in its erect state is sufficient. The average depth of a woman’s vaginal canal is usually 2.3 to 3.5 inches.

Sometimes divorce happens due to social reasons or because the wife has an extramarital relationship. When leaving, many wives, unable to make any valid complaints, accuse their husbands of having a “small penis” to undermine them. However, these accusations rarely hold up, and the truth eventually comes to light.

What to do for those with a small penis:

1) In most cases, people think their penis is small due to feelings of mental inferiority. They should understand that a 3-inch penis is sufficient to provide sexual satisfaction to a woman.

2) Many people are severely misled by flashy advertisements, but nearly all such ads are false and fabricated.

3) Those who have been mentally distressed about the size of their penis for a long time should consult a doctor and get a fitness check-up. Only a doctor can provide accurate information about whether your penis size is normal.

4) The correct measurement of a penis is considered to be 3 to 6 inches when erect, with an average of 4.5 inches. So, whatever the size of your penis, do not feel inferior.

5) If your penis size is normal but you still feel depressed, it means you have a mental issue! You need to be aware of this.

6) Trying different sexual positions during intercourse can ensure a woman’s orgasm. So, experiment with different positions and observe whether your partner is satisfied.

7) Even with a slightly smaller size, it is possible to fully satisfy a woman. Don’t be discouraged, and keep your confidence. Remember, you can do it.

8) Instead of worrying about size, focus on increasing the duration of intercourse. Try to extend it gradually—take 1 minute and stretch it to 2 minutes, then 2 minutes to 3, and so on. Increase the duration slowly over time.

9) Be skilled in foreplay, and take your time with it.

10) Finally, remember that according to the famous sexologist Alfred Kinsey, “Seventy percent of women can be sexually satisfied simply through massage of the clitoris and G-spot.”

Is having a thick tip and a thin base of the penis a problem?

Having a thick tip and a thin base of the penis is not a disease at all. Some quack doctors or herbalists have falsely promoted it as a problem. As a result, many people have developed the misconception that a thick tip and thin base means one cannot have a happy sexual life.

These false claims are made to sell various oils or massages, taking advantage of people and making money, even though no oil or massage can make a thin base thick or a thick tip thin. However, just as we use olive oil, mustard oil, or other cosmetics to keep our skin fresh, massages can be used to keep the penis healthy; but this should only be done following the advice of a sexual health expert.

Remember, having a thin base and a thick or curved tip does not cause any problems during sexual intercourse. Control your penis and avoid using it outside of your relationship with your wife. Stay away from actions that can cause arousal, such as looking at unrelated women, reading obscene literature, or watching inappropriate videos on computers or mobile phones. Trim the hair at the base of the penis every 40 days. Take care of your sexual health as it’s a part of your body. Stay healthy, stay beautiful, and enjoy a happy and fulfilling sexual life.

What to do if the penis is curved:

Many people experience the issue of a “curved penis,” but in most cases, the problem is temporary. Those who masturbate often use the same hand repeatedly, which can cause the penis to curve to one side. However, this issue is usually temporary. If one stops masturbating, the problem can resolve on its own.

However, here we are not discussing the temporary curvature of the penis.

This discussion is about a type of curvature that most people have to live with for a lifetime if not treated on time. This condition is called *Peyronie’s disease*.

If any part of our body gets cut, we notice that new skin forms there after a few days. This happens because scar tissue and collagen build up at the wound site, creating new skin. However, in some cases, scar tissue can form in the penis without any cuts, for unknown reasons. This can cause the penis to bend. If this problem occurs, it’s important to consult a doctor immediately, as the more the scar tissue develops, the more curved the penis will become.

Sometimes, this scar tissue can be a sign of cancer. So, without delay, one should seek advice from an experienced doctor.

Prevention:

There is no cure for this disease! If someone develops this condition, there is a chance it may be passed on to the next generation. Therefore, it is crucial to consult a doctor as soon as such issues are noticed.

Treatment:

There are various treatments for this condition, but the decision is made based on the severity of the problem, the patient’s age, and other factors. Available treatments include intralesional injections, aminobenzoate potassium, surgeries, and more. If such problems arise, it is highly recommended to seek medical advice.

Is a sagging scrotum a disease?

Generally, a sagging scrotum is not a disease. Normally, during the hot season, the scrotum may sag. This happens because sperm is continuously produced, and it cannot survive at high temperatures. As a result, the scrotum hangs lower during hot weather to keep the temperature regulated. During cold weather, it comes closer to the body to avoid the excessive cold, which makes it look smaller in the winter.

However, conditions like hydrocele or hematocele can also cause sagging. If the sagging is due to a medical condition, it will remain saggy all the time. In such cases, it’s important to consult a doctor.

Care for the penis:

The penis is a very valuable organ for a man, so it’s essential to take proper care of it. Once a problem develops, it can be very difficult to treat, and since it is a private part, people often feel hesitant to talk about it. Below are some suggestions for taking care of the penis:

  1. Avoid wearing jeans or thick pants unless necessary.
  2. At home, try to wear a lungi, cotton trousers, or loose-fitting clothes. This helps reduce the chances of sweat rashes or itching around the genital area.
  3. Bathe daily, but avoid using highly alkaline soap on the penis and surrounding areas, as this can cause dryness.
  4. Wash the penis and surrounding area with water 2-3 times a day. After washing, make sure to dry the area with a cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
  5. Avoid eating fried or processed foods. Try to eat more vegetables and fruits.
  6. Drink plenty of water to avoid urinary infections.
  7. Do not use powder, alkaline soap, or cosmetics on the penis without consulting a doctor. The skin of the genitals is very delicate and thin, making it susceptible to infections. So, be cautious.
